The location was marvellous and awesome for walking around Zoo la Grandera. The hotel itself was in a rural area, near to other restaurants, great things to do and see and quiet area. We stayed in fairly quiet room with balcony that also had wake-up service...

Twin room with great views. A private safe, central heating, and a work desk available. The pleasant stuff and their quick responses to my needs.

It's in a perfect location for exploring the Picos de Europa and enjoying outdoor activities. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and they even helped us organize fun activities like hiking and canoeing. Whether you're alone or with your friends, this hotel has everything you need for a great vacation.
The only thing that could make this hotel even more perfect for young party-goers like us would be if they had a nightclub or some sort of nightlife entertainment. It would have been awesome to have a place to dance and have fun right at the hotel.

Nice setting, nice room ( somewhat Spartan), mice staff and good food.
The driveway into the hotel is one lane and about 1km long. Could be difficult if people are trying to come and go at the same time.

Pool, geographical situation
The hotel did not reply to an email request for information in advance: on checking in "oh yes, I saw your email" with no explanation as to why no reply was sent. Front-desk staff not very friendly. Rooms in the annexe building not up to 3 star standard, leaky sinks in both bathrooms lead to permanently wet floors and the rooms are dark due to shutter system on the windows. Breakfast ok but overall price/quality ratio is unacceptable.

The hotel is set in large grounds beside a stream about 4km from Cangas de Onis. There is a flat field at the back of the hotel with room for ball games and a footpath all the way to town. The staff were friendly and the food good
The hotel advertised that they would help with the organizing activities such as canoeing and bicycle hire. I found that the staff had very little knowledge or contacts but would help with translation and phone call if I provided them with the necessary information. If you want to hire bicycles there is an office by the old bridge in Cangas.

very clean, has a pool although it was too cold for us to use
some of the staff - we got to the hotel with a special offer through "Booked.net" and it felt like they though less of us since we paid less, and disregarded the fact we asked for a double and not twin bedroom. also, in the morning we want to have breakfast of cereal at the salon room downstairs and were approached with hotel staff telling us to go eat in our room, because if we want to eat there we can pay for their breakfast. they could have said it in a much nicer way. we ended up eating outside in the garden but the whole thing gave us a realy crappy feeling.

This hotel is an absolute gem. the prices are incredibly reasonable considering the quality of the experience. Secondly, the attention to detail is evident throughout, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the breath-taking views from the balconies. Additionally, the location is perfect, situated in a nice, quiet area with the river close by. Lastly, the breakfast offers several options to satisfy every taste, ensuring a great start to the day.
All was fantastic, nothing to add, a truly wonderful stay.

Nice hotel, swimming pool, garden.
No air condtioning, so in the summertime you need to keep the window open. This is a problem if your room is on the road side: expect a lot of noise from the busy traffic.

The Wi-Fi didn't work great in public areas.

We spent our xmas holidays in a cozy hotel in the countryside. the staff was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. the complimentary drinks in the comfortable bar were a nice touch, and the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful lakes and caves in the area. We also enjoyed the downhill bike-ride which offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
the hotel did not seem to have any control over the situation, and the noise continued well into the night, making it difficult for us to sleep.
